The Scott Gravel Bike Speedster is based on Scott’s endurance road bike, the Speedster. It shares a very similar geometry as the Speedster endurance road bike, just with a slightly longer chainstay. This keeps the bikes fast road characteristics but with the wider tyres, adds all-road capability and stability.
There are 6 models in the range, 4 unisex bikes and 2 women’s specific bikes that Scott brand “Contessa” to help distinguish. All bikes have 700c wheels, aluminium frames and Shimano GRX groupsets. The bikes are named with numbers, from the 10 to 40 for Speedster, 15 and 25 for Contessa.

The Scott Gravel Bike Speedster is an all-in-one bike for great performance on all terrains from city riding to off-road and even some gravel riding without breaking the piggy bank because of the high price tag.
Regardless of the terrain, Speedster Gravel will continue to run at high speed. The frame is made with lightweight and durable aluminum alloy so that you stay comfortable throughout the journey with long distances.
The full carbon fork maintains extremely light weight in addition to great rigidity and control at high cornering speeds. The Speedster Gravel gives riders the lowest possible price for a fun gravel bike that can do it all.
The Speedster Gravel has a similar geometry to the Scott Addict endurance road bike. With a larger chainstay and thicker downtube, the Speedster Gravel is expected to maintain its acceleration on any terrain.
This bike has hydraulic disc brakes which are perfect for all weather and various riding terrains only for the 10,20 and 30 models while the model 40 still uses mechanical brakes and of course both hydraulic and mechanical should be able to produce a confident stop under any conditions.
The Shimano Tiagra mechanical groupset lowers the price even further but if your budget is more you should opt for a model that uses the Shimana GRX. 35c wide tires are paired with this bike to deal with bumpy terrain that may be encountered on the road. The Scott Gravel Bike Speedster Contessa is a women-only gravel bike that combines performance with value.
Contessa Speedster Gravel is for women who like to go fast but enjoy adventure more than racing. Its lightweight and durable aluminum frame keeps the rider in a comfortable position for miles.
With a geometry similar to the Speedster roadbike plus it has more ability to deal with more difficult roads. Aluminum is skillfully crafted into straight lines with special shapes from practical flat tubes to tapered tubes. This all leads to a lightweight, comfortable, agile and cost-effective gravel bike with a great ride feel.
Contessa Speedster Gravel is capable, reliable and ready for adventure. comes with disc brakes which are expected for gravel bikes so that the braking process is grippy and modulated in any weather conditions, for the 25 model is equipped with a mechanical brake while the 15 model uses a hydraulic braking system.
Contessa Speedster Gravel model 15 is equipped with a Shimano GRX groupset which is one of the most ready-to-use gravel groups on the market while the model 25 uses Tiagra.
Tires for all models use a 700x35c Schwalbe All-Around, making it a true all-road bike. Any woman who wants a fun ride on or off the road can have it all with the Scott Contessa Speedster Gravel.
